Markafi had approached the apex court to affirm him as the chairman of the party after the court of appeal in Port Harcourt, Rivers State had in February this year, ruled that Former Borno State Governor, Ali Modu-sheriff, was the authentic Chairman of PDP.
Markafi who has the support of all the PDP State Governors, filed a petition at apex court and judgement was delivered in his favor this morning. This puts the People Democratic Party's Leadership crisis to an end.
